It is the only one still exists of five monasteries that gave the name of the street. The small church, modern form of, holds two wooden polychrome statues dating from the sixteenth century, one o'clock representing the Madonna, the other Sant'Anna. For over two centuries, from 1565 to the 1797, There was also located on the famous painting Our Lady of Foligno Raphael, performed in 1512 commissioned by the humanist Foligno Sigismondo Conti, donated to the nuns by a nephew of the principal; returned to Italy in 1816, after being requisitioned by the French, it is now in the Pinacoteca Vaticana. The monastery, partially restored in 1729, retains much of the old structure and is rich in works of art, mainly of painters of the fifteenth century Foligno. Above the input port, in the courtyard of access, in an elegant floral frame, is a fresco of the Enthroned Virgin and Child with St. Anne, Angeli e la Beata Angelina, by Pierantonio Mezzastris. On the side walls are, Destra, St. Peter of Alcantara, left, Madonna and Child (fragmentary) and San Diego Alcala, Terms of the works of Hippolytus Coceto. In the adjoining parlor, Flagellation and Crowning with Thorns, frescoes in the first half of the seventeenth century, recently attributed to the Roman Emperor Vespasian Road.

Pregevolissimi are the two internal cloisters.

In first cloister, dated at the end of the fourteenth century – early fifteenth, two cycles of paintings decorate the lunettes and the lower band of the walls. Made both in monochrome, with the exception of the eighth bezel that has the figure of Sant'Anna, are painted in different stages, but part of a single project. The upper cycle, dating back to 1518, depicts Scenes from the Life of the Virgin and Christ and presents pictorial suggestions derived from multiple authors (Perugino, Pinturicchio, Signorelli, Verrocchio, Ghirlandaio). The cycle lower, later and in a worse state of preservation, depicts Episodes of the Passion, attributable to at least three different hands of artists.

Also the second cloister, in an open room, holds a series of frescoes dating from the late fifteenth and early sixteenth century: recall only St. Francis receiving the stigmata, Pierantonio Mezzastris (1487) and a Pieta with Angels, attributed to some of Nicholas Lattanzio, son Alunno.

The well-century masonry is. Through a ladder leads to the original nucleus of the monastery, linked to the name of the founder, Blessed Paoluccio Trinci and known as Oratory of Blessed Angelina, adorned with frescoes by Giovanni di Corraduccio and his workshop, dating from the second half of the third decade of the fifteenth. The crucifix wooden stands, instead, in the sixteenth and seventeenth. In the lunette above the doorway is a Our Lady of the Rosary with Saints, surrounded by Scenes from the Life of Christ, dated 1591.

In the first room of the monastery, also attributed to John of Corraduccio (This is one of his first works) is the fresco of the 'Allegory of the Cross, from which branch off twelve branches bearing inscriptions supported by figures of prophets. From here to the left leads to the refectory, painted by a close associate of John of Corraduccio, Andrea Cagno or the son of Peter Mazzaforte, with scenes of banquets. Back in the early environment, you pass in the primitive choir, dating from the fifteenth century. Following the chorus sixteenth, within which one can admire a Nativity (1544) by Dono Doni, a 'Adoration of the Magi (1567) Niccolò Circignani Pomarancio and finally a table with Crucifixion (1600) Vitale signed by Maggi, a painter baroccesco.

Once back in the second cloister and past a door that bears the engraved year 1549, switching to an open space, Long and narrow, the so-called "internal", that connects the part of the complex remains bound to the monastery and the new resort, built on three levels by using some existing century houses. Some rooms on the ground floor would form the house of the painter Nicholas Student. In the first of these rooms you can admire a fresco, with a monogram of San Bernardino, depicting a boy holding up a folder with the inscription PAX Huic DOMUI ET OMNIBUS HABITANTIBUS IN EA. HAE RESTRICTIONS WERE THE NEW HOUSE 1473.

In the adjacent, on a reggitrave, is a Crucifixion with the Virgin and St. John, Alunno considered an early work and in many graffiti splayed window with clipboard, memories and figures dressed in fifteenth. It seems that the study of the painter occupied third place where you can admire a fresco fragment depicting an Angel, perhaps painted by Pupil, with graffiti and several portraits of him and his wife, indicated by their names, Nicholas and Catherine.

The first floor indicates the remains of an elegant fireplace decorated with stucco, with overhanging fresco of the sixteenth century and three coats of arms; the second floor traces of conspicuous ornaments of the first half of the fifteenth century.

From an ancient monastery of the throw, completely renovated and now has become hardened and conference room, were recovered ceramic materials of great interest (secc. XV-XIX).
